These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player") and ck233 ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the ck233 website, mobile site, and all associated services including but not limited to casino games, sports betting, live dealer games, crash games, and promotional offers. To access the full range of ck233 services, you are required to register a personal account. You may only hold one active account at a time. The registration of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using different names, email addresses, phone numbers, payment methods, or devices — is strictly prohibited. When registering, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. The following conditions apply to your account at all times:

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party.
• All activity conducted from your account is your sole responsibility, regardless of whether or not you authorised the activity.

Personal accounts are non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer, or assign your ck233 account or any rights or obligations associated with it to any third party. Any purported transfer is void and ck233 reserves the right to close the account and void any associated balances or pending transactions.

ck233 accepts deposits and processes withdrawal requests via the following mobile wallet methods available to players in Bangladesh. All transactions are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The following conditions govern all financial transactions on the platform:

• Accepted payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay. Deposits are credited to your ck233 balance upon successful confirmation from the payment provider.

Bonuses not used within the stated validity period will expire and be removed from the account balance.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the ck233 platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not include any right to sublicense, modify, adapt, translate, reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the platform.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ck233 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or in connection with your use of — or inability to use — the ck233 platform or any of its services. Without limiting the foregoing, ck233 specifically disclaims liability for:

• Losses arising from interruptions to platform availability, including scheduled maintenance windows or unplanned outages, regardless of duration.
• Losses attributable to third-party payment provider delays, failures, or processing errors that are outside ck233's direct operational control.
• Losses arising from a player's failure to maintain the security of their account credentials, including losses resulting from unauthorised access to their account.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude ck233's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

Upon account closure, any real-money balance remaining in the account (after deducting any outstanding bonus amounts subject to active wagering requirements) will be returned to the player via their registered payment method, subject to satisfactory completion of any pending KYC review. Balances resulting from prohibited activities will be forfeited.

Nothing in this clause limits either party's right to seek urgent injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction where circumstances require it.
